Honestly, womens shows are always better than the men's shows. Since everyday menswear is so much more limited than womenswear, imagining much of the men's pieces walking down the street on everyday dudes makes seeing the mens line on the runway a bit more interesting... Next month's men's collections could be better than ever since Gareth Pugh and Rick Owens are staging their first menswear shows. Both have used men in their previous shows but none have ever had just a mens show, let alone had one together.
These are bold moves for Pugh and Owens considering the economic times.
