Lily Allen has been one to watch for me. She always has the nicest clothes and the best shoes, as far as any famous girl goes, stepping out in some very stylish and on-trend outfits like this sheer Armand Basi ensemble. To Matthew Freud's Christmas Party, Lily wore a dress from Alberta Ferretti's Spring/Summer 2009 collection, using what may people say is another top trend for 2009 - the fringing trend.
