Here's the first leaked photos of the Air Jordan 2009. Since they ended the numbered line at 23, they are calling the lines numbered shoe the 2009. Next years numbered shoe will be called the 2010 and so on...Also, expect these to be a lot less accessible than the previous numbered Js. Last week I saw the original drawings of the 2009 and now the real photos popped up. This is the black/gold colorway and, looking at the photos, you can see that there's patent leather and gold detailing. I am sure there is some kind of new technology or at least a modified version of the IPS(indipendent pod system) in the last few Jordans. I have to admit, I actually like them. I dunno about wearing them down the street but maybe with a suit or to play ball in. As soon as more photos leak or I hear any info I will post more. According to sources, the shoe should retail at $190.

Did you ever sit around and think what happens when subway cars are not longer used because the system upgrades the line? In Beijing at least, the ones used before the Beijing Olympics have been sent to Sichuan and turned into winter shelters. Ten DK-16 trains, each with six cars, are now in Guangyuan, a city north of Sichuan's capital Chengdu. Pretty crazy. Last time I heard of any city doing something like this was when NY turned the old Red Birds into reefs...Pretty interesting, none the less. It is nice to see them finally doing something for the tens of thousands of people who are now homeless due to the earthquake. They have said it will house 10,000 people. They should put some in downtown Manhattan...

Back in September i heard about the Air Tech Challenge Hybrid that's set to drop in 2009. Today I finally got photos of the ATC Hybrids. As you can see Nike used several of Andre Agassi’s Air Tech Challenge models on this hybrid. I am personally not usually a fan of hybrids but this shoe is really nice. I also really liked the leaked photos of the Penny hybrids set to come out next year. The ATC hybrids come out in 2009. Keep your eyes peeled...
